Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly and Family plans also include a 7-day money-back guarantee if it is not right for your family.
What if I have more than one child?
The Family plan covers up to three children under one subscription – each with their own login, their own progress, and content pitched to their age.
What's the difference between the two plans?
Both plans include full access to every topic and all features. The only difference is how many children they cover – Complete is for one child, Family covers up to three.
How does the age-appropriate content work?
When you sign up, you choose your child’s age band. They then see content written for their age. On the Family plan, your children can be different ages.
Is this a one-off payment or recurring?
It’s an annual subscription – one payment covers a full year, including all the new content added during the year.
Do I need to buy anything else?
No. One price includes everything – every topic, all the features, and all new content through the year. No hidden costs.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled securely through a trusted payment provider – we never see or store your card details.
What happens when my year is up?
Your subscription renews so your child keeps their access and progress without interruption. You can cancel anytime before renewal.
